2007 Beneteau 40

Accomodations:
The 2-cabin Beneteau 40 has a very spacious layout with large V-berth and 3/4 beam aft stateroom, both with custom innerspring mattresses. Lose Yourself has the optional drop down dinette in the main salon, so she sleeps 6-7 comfortably. she has custom interior bedding and decor from Patsy Carter Yacht Design in San Diego. she is a real show boat down below. Makes you just want to grab a good book, open a few hatches for breeze.....and relax. I try not to take a nap on my listings, but this one is very tempting.

Galley:
Large L-shaped Galley to port with top loading Freezer and front loading fridge, both 12v. Dual stainless sinks with hot and cold pressure water, Microwave, Double burner propane stove with oven, electric fridge drain, lots of counter space for food prep and entertaining. The galley is nicely located outside of the comfort of the main salon, so you can prepare food or get a drink without interrupting your guests.

Two 200 amp house AGM batteries (maintenence free) and one 95 amp engine start battery, 3000w Prosine Inverter, 12v plug, 110v plugs, shore power cord, 40amp battery charger, 80amp alternator. Optional remote cockpit lighting and indirect (mood) lighting in the salon.

Sails and Rigging:
Standard in-mast furling mainsail with vertical battens for optimum sail shape, US spars furling mast and rigid boom vang, 140% Neil Pryde furling genoa with foam luff on Pro-furl furling. stainless wire rigging, 788 sq. feet of sail area, great performing sailboat with a rig and sail configuration that is easy to handle by one or two.
