Accomodations:
The Hunter 38' features 2 staterooms and sleeps 6. The forward stateroom has large cedar lined closets on both port and starboard sides. An overhead hatch provides natural light, fresh air with a screen, and has a privacy curtain. Ample DC lighting makes bedside reading enjoyable. Additional storage underneath the V-berth makes places this boat well above average with regard to storage space. The main salon has a U-shaped beautifully finished wooden settee which converts to a double bed. The aft master stateroom also has two cedar lined closets. The master stateroom boasts a premium queen sized inner spring matress that still has the original factory plastic cover on it. Additional storage is located on either side of the large bed. An swivel mounted flat panel LCD can be viewed from the master bed or from a comfortable seat located adjacent to it. The master stateroom also has a large hatch under the port side cockpit seat providing fresh air without having to worry as much about spray. This hatch is ideal for longer trips where one person is resting while someone else is at the helm.
