2006 HOME BUILT Dugan Classic 20, The time and patience invested in this beautiful custom gaff rigged sloop is quite evident. Her lines and rigging are reminiscent of boats of another era. Whether out for a day sail or dropping anchor in your favorite cove, this well-crafted boat will always turn heads. Hull and deck are constructed of marine plywood with douglas fir staves and stringers, completely encased in epoxy resin and fiberglass using the WEST SYSTEM. All fasteners are stanless steel and bronze. Exterior wood trim is oak, teak and cypress. The interior trim is oak, poplar and white pine. All the cast bronze hardware and the running rigging were imported from Europe. Transom mounted cast bronze wheel with teak hand grips affords more room in the cockpit. The sails were professionally sewn by a local sail maker of colored cloth (Egyptian Cream) to resemble the sails of that bygone era. She sails like a dream! Tracks strait as an arrow and handles well on all points of sail. Her shallow draft allows her to be quick in light airs and navigate in areas other boats cannot. All easily launched from the Continental single axle trailer.

5.5oz Mainsail with reef points, 5.5oz Jib, Sunbrella sail covers for main and jib.

4 life jackets, 2 adult & 2 childrens, Oar with 2 sets of locks and shackles, Coast Guard flare kit, 2 throwable PFDs.
