This is a one-of-a-kind Mac 26M, starting with the super cruising package from Blue Water Yachts, the plastic sliding galley, has been replaced by custom galley of butcherblock pine and cherry, with a deep stainless steel sink and a two burner propane stove, both with covers to dramatically increase usable counterspace. Propane stove runs on 16.4oz cylinders and several days of cooking for two, coupled with the rail mounted Kettle stove, makes exotic meals possible. The 4 large and 2 small drawers provide organized storage for utensils, pots, pans, dishes, bathroom needs, tools, safety equipment, etc. Drawers have magnetic latches to prevent easy openning. A large side compartment provides additional storage. The cabinet slides out of the way as needed. A 10 gallon water tank provides several days of water, that fills easy with hose or bottles. A large oak magazine rack at the back of the folding dinette, provides space for cruising manuals, personal books, and important papers. The shoe rack under the table keeps your shoes out of the way, but readily available. An inverter under the dinette runs lap tops,tv, radios and recharges all.An extra support system has been added to the rear king berth, along with 2 inches of sleep comfort matress to provide a very comfortable sleeping area. A large porta-head as been moved to provide additional storage on both sides and behind. A hanging closet finishes off the bathroom space. An extension to the mast holding bracket allows complete use of the boat with full enclosure, without raising the mast. This is very useful when road travelling and stopping over night or short trips with no time or wind for sailing. The cockpit features a full canvas enclosure including sides if needed.
