Accomodations:
The forward master cabin has twin hanging lockers, lots of drawers, separate head and shower compartments, a lot of standing headroom and a centerline berth with an inner-spring mattress.There are two aft cabins, the first with inner-spring mattresses and hanging lockers.The aft port stateroom, is a pantry/office with full desk/countertop and lots of storage. The table in the salon converts to a double berth as well. Entertaining is gracious with the open salon which incorporates a TV and Bose 321 CD/DVD stereo system and an extensive navstation with plenty of space for electronics and gear

Galley:
An enormous dual-opening refrigerator and freezer are central to the U-shaped galley. Force 10 stove and oven plus a microwave will make dinners a joy to make while the island sink will have cleanup covered. Storage for everything is at hand including the recessed trash receptacle.

Electonics and Navigational Gear:
ST 60 knot, depth and wind instruments, ST 6000+ autopilot, tank monitors, and an ICOM 402 VHF. The C-70 chartplotter and radar displayis mounted at the helm station. The radar and GPS antennas and the transom light are mounted on a pole at the transom. 2500 watt invertor/charger, two new 4D AGM batteries for the house bank, separate isolated engine starting AGM battery as well, automatic shower sump and bilge pumps.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
A Delta anchor, 150' chain and 250' nylon rode and a Horizon 1500 electric windlass comprise the anchor system. The canvas includes a dodger and bimini with connector, hatch covers, stern seat covers and cockpit cushions. There is a separate Sony CD/stereo for the cockpit. The walk thru transom has a hot and cold water shower. Dinghy + Outboard come with boat which is a Deep keel.

Sails and Rigging:
The mainsail is controlled by a Selden In-mast furling system, Rodkicker boom vang and the main sheet traveler located on the arch to provide end boom sheeting. The 110% jib is on a Furlex 300SD jib furler.
