The boat was located in fresh water until July of 2007 when she was moved from Lake Michigan to Florida by way of the Northern Channel, Trent-Severn Waterway, Oswego and Erie Canals, Hudson River and south via the ICW to her present location. She has the preferred Lugger Diesels with only 1300 hours TTSN (total time since new) and cruises @ 9 knots while burning only 7.6 gph. Her Northern Lights 16Kw generator has less than 300 Hrs. She was stored during the winter months in inside heated storage since delivery to MI in 2003. This exceptional boat is designed for the yachtsman that appreciates not only her purposeful lines but also knows the value of robust and redundant systems. Aft Deck and salon:She has a wonderful protected aft deck and walkways. The aft deck is large enough for the settee, two chairs and small table. The settee contains storage both under and on each side. The starboard walkway has a place to store the boarding ladder. There is a gate and steps down to the swim platform, a shower, and swim ladder. Double doors open into the salon. The interior of the boat is finished in beautiful hand-rubbed satin finished teak with granite counter-tops in the galley. All floors are teak and holly throughout the boat. The salon furniture includes an Ekornes couch, Stressless Chair and ottoman, entertainment center with 27 TV, DVD and Bose Lifestyle system, teak Hi-Low yacht table and two Lane rattan barstools. The salon has wooden blinds, screening and is carpeted.Galley:The U-shaped galley has ample natural lighting and great views. The galley features granite countertops and is laid out with plenty of countertop space. The appliances are G.E. Profile Performance with stainless steel finish, with the exception of the trash compactor which is Broan. The water supply from the 350 gallon stainless steel tank supplies hot water from an 18 gallon tank. There is an Ozone injection system in the water tank that provides safe, odor free good tasting water.
