More info on the web at wingsailor. The long hulls and narrow hull beam (42" or 14/1 L/B ratio) make this a very fast, comfortable boat. Powering speeds of 7.2 knots with one engine or 9.5 knots with both 59 HP engines are achieved. Alternating engines a motoring range of 400 miles could be achieved. The Dragon burns about 1.4 gal per hour providing 6 miles per gallon. Sailing in 10-15 knots of wind will provide 8 to 14 knots speed depending on point of sail. A maximum speed of 17.9 knots has been achieved in flat water in Charlotte Harbor. The boat is rigged for single-handing as all sail controls lead back to the cockpit. A couple may easily manage sailing or powering the Dragon in virtually all coastal cruising conditions. The galley and settee are up in the salon. The settee seats 6 or 7 (with folding chair at end). The galley has Corian counter tops, a full size deep plastic kitchen sink, a four-burner stove/oven and a 12.5 cubic foot refrigerator/freezer. Millennium Dragon has two staterooms aft (with queen air beds) and two heads/showers forward. There is a pilot berth amidships in the port (guest) hull and the navigation station in the starboard (owner) hull.
