Accomodations:
Teak and holly floors welcome you into this lovely Hunter 310. In fact all the interior wood with all its richness and warmth is obvious from the moment you enter the boat. Nautical blue sueded fabric encases the cushions on both settees. A fold down/drop down table serves both settees, one settee or can be used for sleeping guests. Windows on the diagonal are not only a great architectural feature, they bring in a ton of light. Beyond the salon is the forward V-berth with a double bunk, hanging locker and storage cabinet. With its large doorway and louvered window to the salon, the forward berth can be as much a part of the salon as you want it to be. The combination head/shower is just as modern and clean as you would want it to be. And with an AC or engine heated 15 gallon water heater, taking a shower aboard is a pleasure. Solid surface counter tops in a neutral, warm beige and matching molded fiberglass interior keep the space shiny and easy to clean. A stainless steel sink and mirrored cabinet complete the list of bathroom needs. The mid-ship berth is just forward of the head and it is huge. Its just a big place to sprawl out or throw your gear. It has its own directional reading lights and vented portholes for air. And what would sailing be without music? Well, it would still be great, but with an Alpine AM/FM CD changer, weather band, ipod interface and Optimus speakers on each side, its utopia! And because this really is a sailing vessel, there are two more outdoor speakers up top.

Galley:
A U-shaped galley really is the most efficient use of space and right at the bottom of the stairs, too. The stainless steel sink overlooks the salon which is nice since the cook spends most of their time at the sink. The two burner propane stove is around the corner from the sink and the built in microwave is above that. A DC-12volt refrigerator keeps your fresh food fresh. Plenty of cabinets and drawers plus a hanging wine glass holder add charm and keep your provisions at bay

Electonics and Navigational Gear:

Electrical System:

Deck and Hull Equipment:
This is a vessel designed to be handled solo, if desired. There are several custom features to achieve that end. The winches: Four Lewmar self-tailing winches; two Lewmar 30 two-speed mounted near companionway; two Lewmar 25 mounted aft near cockpit. The main sail has two position integral reefing at cockpit. There is enhanced rigging to the cockpit to allow single handling.Mast mounted horn cleats port, stbd Asymmetrical spinnaker with ATN sock and custom rigging for twing lines Hunter rail seats with newer cushionsSail, winch and wheel coversNine month old mainsail coverTransom with integrated swim platform and ladderFurlex roller furlingSS bow pulpit with anchor rollerNew lifelines and rigging hardwareLifeline stanchions remountedFiberglass arch with traveler to keep lines out of cockpitBimini sunshade with clear panel for viewing sail planFuel gauge in cockpitGrey water gauges9 adult PFD'S

Additional Equipment:
The boat has been recently bottom painted with new zincs installed and comes with two new batteries. Included with the purchase is a two passenger dinghy and a newer spinnaker sail. She shows well, and is in like new condition. She is definitely something to show off and be proud of.

SELLER DESCRIPTION

There are so many things that make this boat unique, I don't know where to start. First of all, the year 1999 doesn't make sense to me. It's a brand new boat as far as I'm concerned. The condition of the boat, as well as the newer design tell me she's new. Those windows on the sides of the cabin are not only great to look at, they bring in much more light than on other similar boats. The solid surface counter tops with the curved, shiny fiberglass in the head, well you just don't see that in an old boat. Then there are all the extras added by the owner that, frankly add over $10,000. in value. For instance, all the winches have been upgraded to make for remarkable ease of use. The standard life lines have been removed and replaced with heavy duty stainless steel. The sail cover was custom made with extra durable fabric for longevity in harsh weather. Additional rigging has been added to make the use of the spinnaker a breeze. And to ensure her pristine condition, outside as well as in, new bottom paint and zincs were added 3 months ago. With all lines leading aft, you can sail her solo. She has been set up for that. Read the specs, look at the pictures and give us a call. You'll be glad you did.
