The 290 Cabrio is built on a modified V-hull bottom with an amidships "step" that divides the hull into fore and aft sections (DuoDeltaConic Hull). The mid-cabin layout of the 290 Cabrio includes double berths in both sleeping areas, a good size galley, and a curved dinette. With a wide ten-foot beam, theres a surprising amount of room below and the formica cabinetry and oak trim present an upscale impression. Above deck the cockpit is arranged with a removable L-shaped lounge and a doublewide, back-to-back seat at the helm.
