This is a clean boat that has been well maintained by the orginal owner. The boat has no old boat smell. The equipment is all in working order and nicely laid out. She has a great heating system to stay comfortable all year long. Don't miss this boat!

Accomodations:
Starting in the bow is a large V-berth with a nice table and plenty of storage, your guest may never leave! It has its own head on the starboard side. The salon has plenty of seating both port and starboard with a large salon table that makes into a berth. The salon also has an islnad seat with storage under it. The galley is huge with a top loading freezer and a top loading and front loading refrigator. It has S.S. sinks, microwave, Corion counter tops,and a vast amount of storage at an arms reach. The nav station is to port and it has a large nav table with a swing out seat. Deck and Hull Equipment:
The deck layout on the Hunter 42 Passage is very nice for spending time on. It allows for the crew to walk completly around the decks with saftey and comfort. With this layout you are not stuck in the cockpit. The aft deck is great for sunning or even some fishing. Sails and Rigging:
The Hunter Passage is a sleeper. I have sail on my co workers liveaboard 42 Passage that is loaded and at the time had old sails. Wow, was I impressed with how fast it was. We were doing a "Wet Wed Race" and we did fantastic! I think it hasa PHRF of 104 and owes time to the Catalina 42's.
