Accomodations:
Bon Temps is a shoal draft high performance cruiser by world renowned builder, Sabre. Listed in Ferenc Mate's "World's Best Boats", the Sabre 362 is high quality and high performance. The interior of "Bon Temps" is finished in varnished cherry with a varnished teak and holly sole. Upholstery is a forest green fabric. Starting in the forward cabin is the V-berth for two. There is storage in a hanging locker, drawers and ventilation through opening ports and an overhead hatch. There is a vanity & sink w/hot/cold water on the starboard side. The main cabin is next aft and consists of straight settee on port and an L-shaped settee on starboard which converts to a double. Ventilation provided by overhead hatch and opening ports. A drop leaf table is mounted on the starboard bulkhead. The L-shaped galley is next aft on starboard and consists of double stainless steel sinks with hot and cold pressure water and manual water system.
