Accomodations:
The interior is practical, comfortable and beautifully finished with quality joiner work equal to that of more expensive custom built yachts. The interior of the Royal Passport is teak veneer with a solid teak and holly cabin sole and solid teak beveled cabin doors with louvers. The overhead has removable Formica panels with teak trim. The cabin is lighted by combination white/red overhead lights and red courtesy lighting along the floorboards. Headroom is 6'4". Up front is the Master Cabin with V-berth (80" x 52" custom folding latex mattress - very comfortable) with ample storage and a dressing seat. A Full size head and shower lies adjacent to Master Cabin. The Main Saloon is spacious with a large L-shaped settee with cream micro-suede fabric that is virtually new. The present Owners had custom seat covers made that covered the micro-suede and have used them for the past several years to protect the micro-suede. Opposite the table on the starboard side of the saloon is two built-in comfortable seats in the same suede fabric as the settee. Between the chairs is a built-in table with drawers. There's storage above the seats with bookshelves and two louvered storage compartments. The Navigation Station with working chart table is on the starboard side across from the galley just below the companionway ladder. The Galley, located on the port side, has plenty of storage and counter space with free flowing social access to the rest of the cabin. It is laid out in a secure wrap around fashion and is equipped with a deep stainless steel double sink, microwave, three burner propane stove/oven and engine driven/ AC Sea-frost freezer and refrigeration Up top the cockpit is spacious, well laid out and protected by a new dodger and bimini 2001.
