Find out what it's worth
1995 BENETEAU Oceanis 400, - No matter what your destination, ?Vanishing Point?, our Oceanis 400 will take you there in safety, comfort and luxury, and she?ll do it with a minimal effort on your part, thanks to a modern and efficient deck layout and quality hardware. Jean Marie Finot designed this second generation Oceanis to provide her owners with plenty of cruising comfort, blended with safety and true ease of handling. The belief of the Beneteau Company is that performance is as important in cruising as it is in racing. That?s why Beneteau designs the Oceanis to be able to sail off a lee shore or out of the way of an oncoming storm. Her fin keel with bulb has a low center of gravity, which allows her to sail efficiently on all points of sail while providing excellent stability. The large diameter, leather sheathed wheel, coupled to a counter-balanced rudder, provides precise and easy steerage under sail or when maneuvering under power in tight quarters. By using a structural grid system in the hull, this vessel is insured stiffness as well as correct rig and keel load distribution. Time and weather passes: A Beneteau is built to endure. This is the way cruising should be done; with a confidence and a peace of mind that allows you to relax and enjoy. You?ll be living life to the fullest onboard this Oceanis 400 ? where everything is designed to make your days on the water as pleasant as can be. ?Vanishing Point? is the double, aft cabin version, which means she offers a second aft cabin to starboard, which is identical to the port aft cabin. The forward cabin and head are unchanged. The galley runs along the port side of the salon and the starboard side features an L-shaped settee, large table and a forward facing navigational station/chart table. She?s powered by an almost new, Phasor Kubota diesel engine and loaded with many amenities that you will read about in the full specs area on this beautiful sailing vessel. She's in need of some tender loving care, therefore the "Reduced Price". Please give us a call for more details or to make an appointment to view ?Vanishing Point?. Main Salon & Navigation Station There are rare teakwoods throughout this entire vessel, which include a teak and holly sole. Open spaces, fixed hull ports and skylights, many opening ports and hatches, provide an abundance of light and air in this model. The owner has added a new centr galee table (which converts into a bunk to sleep two additional people).U-Shaped Settee W/Water System Access Under Aft EndLockers & Bottle Storage Along Hull SideFixed Hull PortLewmar Trimline Opening Hatch Overhead (20" X 15")Halogen Overhead LightingLarge Hanging LockerLocker In Chart Table SeatBook Rack & ShelfHinged, Multi Function 12-Volt Electrical Control PanelLewmar Opening Port (23" X 5")Handrail On CoamingLarge Storage CabinetSalon Table W/Storage In Center (Table Folds Down To Form A Double Berth)Handrail Along CoamingLewmar Opening Port (23" X 5")Roller BlindsReading LampsJe
