1991 TOLLYCRAFT Sundeck Motor Yacht, 40' Tollycraft Sundeck Motoryacht (Kiva). Delivered new at Lake Powell, Kiva was acquired by the present owner in 1994. Berthed at covered slip H-6, Bullfrog Utah. She is a very popular model of a well built boat, well equipped, very low hours, in above average condition, and has been well maintained. The aft-cabin, semi-displacement FRP hull, is roomy and ideal for cruising. The LoA is 46' Beam 14'8", and displacement of 26,000 pounds. The boat was surveyed in 2006 with a value of $245,000. The engine room is stocked with twin closed cooling Cummins 6BTA-5.9 Diesel engines with less than 500hrs rated at 300 hp each. Engines are turbo charged, after-cooled and have Walker Air-seps. Two 200 gal fuel tanks. MMC Controls with Glendinning synchronizer. Transmissions are Twin Disc ratio of 1.97 to 1. Shafts are 1 3/4" stainless and props are 24x24 three blade federal. 8kw Westerbeke Diesel Generator with less than 400 hours. Helm stations at bridge and salon with engine and speed instrumentation, Bennett trim tabs, Rudder indicator, three Lunaire heat/cooling systems. Three cabins make up the interior, the salon, galley, and dinette done in teak. The salon is center, the galley, dinette, forward cabin and head are lower, main stateroom with it's own head is aft. Aft deck is accessible from the salon aft door, or from either gunwale passageway.
