Accomodations:
Two staterooms, 2 head layout with owners suite forward including private owners head with shower, and queen size pullman double berth. Aft/guest cabin is a true double as well with ensuite head & shower (accessible from salon too). Galley is kitchen like. Nav station is very good size. Salon is open and airy with a fold up dining table. The IP 38 has the room of a much larger boat due to her beam, and long waterline length. Well ventilated forward cabin Cedar lined drawers and lockers. Pull out double in main salon. Teak & holly cabin sole. Espar Diesel Air heating system. Espar Diesel Hot water heating system. 5" thick cushions. Companionway screens

Galley:
U-shaped galley to starboard of companionway. Three burner Seaward propane stove w/oven, plus stove guard rail with harness attachments and a hideaway trash bin. Deep stainless steel sinks. Heavily insulated 14 cubic foot ice box. Refrigeration, deluxe teak dish rack with cutlery drawers. Hot and cold pressurized water system and salt water faucet at galley.
