Accomodations:
Irwin designed the interior of the Mark III with an eye toward making it as light and airy as possible. The salon boasts seven tempered glass fixed panoramic windows that continue around the front of the coach roof permitting light to flood the interior in her raised salon. Additionally, the boat has a total of 14 opening ports and six opening hatches throughout the interior space, for superb ventilation. All opening hatches have sunbrella covers for both summer and winter application outside and sun screens inside to filter out the sun and bugs. The salon is set up with a full-length settee to starboard and an L-shaped settee to port, either one of which can also be used as extra sleeping berths. The forward cabin affords guests a full-size double berth when the filler cushion is used, as well as a private entrance into the forward day head and shower. CONCH CLIPPER also gives her owners both a dedicated navigation station with full length table to accommodate the largest chart, located to port of the companionway, opposite the engine room.
