1990 Catalina 36 Catalina Wing Keel, 1990 Catalina 36 Catalina Wing Keel, This is the ever so popular Catalina 36 Tall Rig with the wing keel as well. In this day and age where water levels are so important to sailers, this boat can offer it all. A 4'-2" draft makes it a bit easier to get into certain ports. "KAIROS" has moored in South Western Lake Michigan it's entire life. A fresh water boat throughout. The Catalina 36 has a traditional interior with a 2-cabin layout. As we enter through the companion way entrance immediatly to port we'll find an accommadating galley with propane stove/oven, adler-barber refrigeration, hot water and microwave oven, along with plenty of storage above and below. Moving to starboard and aft we have a private cabin with hanging locker and double berth. Moving forward we'll find the Nav. Station and electrical panel. Forward of this is a unique set-up, with two seats and a table seperating them. A great place to play games or just sit around. Opposite to port is the U-shaped dinette that converts to a double berth. Forward of this is the enclosed Head and double V-berth forward. All throughout the cabin is the warmth of teak cabinetry and shelving, along with the teak and holly sole. Above deck you'll find a very accommadating cockpit with a walk through transom for easy access to the swim ladder. The deck space moving forward or aft is quit easy and safe. Forward in the anchor locker is a Maxwell anchor windlass along with anchor, line & chain. Although "Kairos" just had the winter cover removed and is still in need of it's spring cleaning, I can assure you that one of the first three parties to see it WILL BUY IT.
