1989 Tartan Yachts Sloop, Location: Sarasota, FL, US This 31' Tartan Sloop has classic style and comfortable accommodations. Featuring a white hull with blue trim this 31 footer looks good at anchor and great under sail. Whether you are planning a weekend getaway, or a cruise to the islands this 31' Tartan is ready to accommodate. She features large cockpit and spacious interior.The interior is both warm and comfortable with teak & holly sole and oiled teak woodwork. There is a stateroom forward with double berth, settee, and hanging locker. An enclosed head compartment with shower is located between the cabin and the salon. The salon is open with facing settees with fold-away dining table. The galley is starboard and aft with wrap-around counter, two-burner range with oven, ice box, ample counter and cabinet space, and stainless steel sink with pressurized H&C water. Port side is the navigation station with chart table and electronics. Electronics include a Garmin GPS with speed display, Horizon digital depth finder, Autohelm autopilot, Ritchie 5" compass, and Navico VHF radio. Aft of the chart table is a double-size quarterberth. The interior has room, comfort, and provides family-sized accommodations.On deck we have a large cockpit with teak rails, cushioned seating, and a bimini top with front and side curtains. Sails and rigging includes: keel stepped mast, Profurl furling genoa, baby stay, whisker pole, new 150? Ulman genny, the original main in good condition, main sail cover, jiffy reefing, and an older cruising spinnaker. Auxiliary power is provided by dependable Yanmar 18-hp diesel engine with only 300 hours.Osprey is a one-owner boat, well equipped, well maintained and easy to sail.
