SELLER DESCRIPTION

Southern Glory is a well equipped ready to go plan B two stateroom, two head layout 45 Viking. She had extensive updating in the Spring of 2009 including: Hull painted, bottom painted, topsides buffed and polished, new interior carpet and salon updates, 1 motor totally rebuilt, new components on the other and more. She is realistically priced for today s market as her motivated seller wants to move up to a larger Sportfish. Would trade up for a 48 -55 Viking convertible in the 97-2000 year range.

She now has approximately 662 hours SMOH on the starboard engine-along with new heat exchangers, transmission cooler, fuel cooler and intercooler in spring 2009. The port engine was rebuilt in the spring of 2009 and has approximately 77 hours SMOH along with all new coolers, pumps, injectors etc. She had new exhaust risers on both engines and Genset in November 2005. All new injectors both engines in February 2006. Timing was set and both engines tuned also. Both engines where repainted in the spring of 2009, all the fuel was pumped out of the boat, tanks cleaned and fuel polished and put back in after the rebuild and engine work was completed.
