SELLER DESCRIPTION

The Offshore has the typical double stateroom-double head layout with the galley and the dinette down.In the salon there is the inside helm, side deck doors both port and starboard.There is an entry door from the aft stateroom to the cockpit-a convenient feature.The full width aft deck overlooks the cockpit.A well equipped vessel that is here in our yard, out of the water and under cover and easy to show.

Accomodations:
SALON- The salon has an L-shaped in the aft port corner and an icemaker('05) on the forward port corner. The lower helm is located on the starboard side and there is a door to the starboard gunnel. An entertainment center is behind the helm and a curved stairway leads from the starboard aft corner up to the aft deck.BERTHS- Forward V-berth with a locker and storage, Aft stateroom with a queen berth, dresser, hanging lockerd, desk and storageHEADS-Forward head with electric Raritan toilet('03) with both raw or freshwater flush system,vanity, sink,vent system and pull-up shower. Aft head with same toilet system('03),vanity sink, blower-vent system and a walk in shower stall.GALLEY- The galley is U-shaped and is on the port side just forwrard and down from the salon .There is a 3 burner Princess electric stove w/ oven,18 gal. Seaward water heater, Refrigerator/freezer('05),Nutone food processor,Sharp Carosel Microwave,Shurflo fresh water pump and a stainless steel sink.DINETTE- the dinette is opposite the galley with 2 benchs and a hi-low table in the middle.
