"D'Princess" is one of the few Widebody Gulfstar 44 MK III's powered by 3208T Caterpillar 375 H.P diesels, with 600 original hours, available on today's brokerage market. Only 25 hulls of this very popular design had the full beam aft deck air conditioned salon, with wing doors, and sliding aft bulkhead doors to the aft working deck. The galley, to port, is huge, bright, and airy with a very large starboard side L-shaped settee, and very large teak dining table. The sumptuous aft owner's cabin has more closet space than some condos, and is finished with the Gulfstar signature teak woodwork. The queen berth forward guest stateroom has its own head with a stall shower, and the engine room access foyer has additional storage, and is plumbed for an optional washer dryer. The Gulfstar 44 has the largest galley of any 44 footer you will find. Across from the galley is a solid teak dining table which can accomodate 6 guests for formal dining.

Electrical System:
The electrical system is energized by shore power with an electric retrieval cord system, the 8KW Onan generator, which has less than 350 hours of pampered use, or the 12 volt battery banks. All electrical needs are channeled through a commercial grade breaker panel easily located in the aft galley bulkhead.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
The deck area allows for safe side deck access to the main salon wing doors, a large foredeck with sun pad, and Marquipt folding boarding stairs.
