Accomodations:
The Beneteau First 405 offers one of the best cabin layouts in the performance racer/cruiser market today. With a large V-berth forward that features hanging lockers and small vanity and privacy door into the salon. There is a head just aft and to port with sink, mirror, and plenty of ventilation. Continuing aft is the salon with U- shaped settee to port that can be made into a third double berth and a straight settee across to starboard. Teak and holly sole molded teak trim and teak bulkheads are abundant throughout the boat. The galley is to port with pressure water, stainless sink, Force 10 two-burner stove and oven, refrigation and more than enough counter space for preparing large meals for the crew or family. The navigation station is to starboard and features plenty of room for books, laptop, electronics, and charts. Next aft is the second enclosed stateroom with privacy door and plenty of storage.
