Accomodations:
This is an impressively maintained boat. The main mast step is custom and very well done. It looks factory but, The steel and workmanship are exceptional. The motor is a upgraded repower with plenty of horse power (100)for those northern tidal shifts. The genset is clean and well cared for. This one has been loved as a live aboard home for years and maintained accordingly. The basics on this one are awesome. You must see this cruiser!
Electonics and Navigational Gear:
Si-Tex 24 mile radar Benmar Autopilot VHF radio Hand Held GPS 5 inch Danforth Constelation Compass Single sideband Radio, (not installed).
Electrical System:
4KW Northern Lights Generator. Full 110/12 VT. breaker panel at nav station. 50' Shore power cord, 30 amp plus inlet on boat. Standard USCG required running lights. 12 Vt interior lighting. Additional breaker panels next to Companionway and in cockpit. 4, 6VT. deep cycle batteries wired in series to create 2 banks of 12 Vt. batteries with total 760 amps. Batteries in secure boxes behind stairs with tops. (2) Newmar battery Chargers. 12 Vt Anchor windlass. Engine alarms at control panel.
Deck and Hull Equipment:
Maxwell Nilson Anchor Windlass V 3000. Stainless steel mast pulpits at main mast. Stainless steel helm pedestal. Teak helm with S/S rim. Bow and stern pulpits of Stainless steel. Bowsprit with teak walk way. Storage cabinets on fore deck at cabin front. Storage cabinits on aft deck that serve also as seats. (2) Stainless steel anchors, one 65lb plow and one 35 Danforth type. 300 foot 3/8" 3/8 BBB chain on 65lb plow. 75' 3/8 chain on second Danforth anchor (normally stern anchor) Teak Decks, newly reconditioned. Foscle style enterance to fwd. cabin. Stainless steel davitw with 9 ft. Boston Whaler, CF registered. 9.9 Mercury outboard. Older watermaker not installed
Sails and Rigging:
Aluminum spars for cutter rigged Ketch. Main mast is in mast furling. Profurl rollerfurling on headstay and on inner forestay. Necessary winches to handle yacht from cockpit. Most are Barlow, some self tailing. Rigged with working sails for ketch rig include flat cut furling main, no battens, extended yankee jib, staysail, and mizzen with sail covers.
This is a new one to the market. Treasure Island has been a liveaboard with regular maintenance for years. The kids are grown and now it is time to find a new family. Many updates and upgrades have been done over the years with repower on the primary engine 360 hrs ago.
