Accomodations:
Double quarter berth to starboard aft and dual facing settee seats w the port side pulling out into a double berth. The very large head area with shower and teak grate is fully forward. Two wet lockers are forward of the head. The salon features a centerline folding table, teak and holly soles, with a unique built in dust collector and massive storage. the galley is aft to port, oppisite the chart table.

Sails and Rigging:
The original cutter rig was removed several years ago and all parts,sails, etc. are in storage and will convey. The total sail area is 437 sq. ft. Verticle clearance is 40'6" from the waterline. All standing rigging is PVC insulated. Mast is stepped on the deck with pressure bar to keel. There are blue canvas Dodger, Bimini and zip-in curtains. Lazy Jacks too, and the mid boom traveler is adjustable from the cockpit. The Hood twin line genoa furling operates easily from the helm. -New full battened mainsail 2003 w lazy jacks

1986 Cape Dory 30B, 1986 Cape Dory 30B , "Jambalaya" has been set up for long distance cruising and short handed sailing by the current owner. The current owner has cruised the Bahamas and traveled to Bermuda and back. The cutter rig has been removed and stored. The photos are of the boat prior to his purchase in 2000 and will be replaced by current ones asap. She is hull #358 and one of the last 30's built.
