Forward Stateroom: Instead of a sail bin or rough crews' quarters, the forward stateroom is an elegant guest stateroom located immediately aft of the chain locker. There is an offset pullman style double berth along the starboard hull side. To port is a settee. Behind the settee is a bin locker. Aft of the settee and berth both port and starboard is a hanging locker. On the hull side above the berth and settee is shelving. The stateroom furniture and finish is handcrafted teak with a teak and holly cabin sole. Guest Stateroom: Located to starboard immediately aft of the forward stateroom, there is a double size lower pullman berth and a single upper pullman berth. The furniture and finish is hand crafted teak with a teak with a teak and holly sole. Forward Head: Located immediately aft of the forward stateroom to port. There is a WC, vanity, shower, and locker storage below the vanity and outboard of the WC along the hull side. The finish is molded fiberglass and teak with a taek shower grate. Main Salon: Located aft of the forward head and guest stateroom. To port is a large elevated C shaped settee with a pnuematically adjusted hi/lo table. Outboard of the settee along the hull side are storage lockers and book shelving. Across to starboard is the Nav Station with a forward facing chart table. The forward bulkhead of the Nav Station has flush mounted electronics and radios and the electrical panel is outboard along the hull side. The main salon furniture and finish is hand crafted teak with a teak and holly sole. Galley: Located aft of the main salon to starboard incorporating the walk through to the aft cabin. Outboard along the hull side are lockers, drawers, expansive counter tops, the propane stove/oven, and two top loading/side loading refrigeration/freezer compartments. Across to port along the hull centerline are two stainless steel sinks set in a stainless steel counter top. Outboard of the sinks is a special racked dish locker utilizing engine heat. Below the sinks is an access to the engine room located under the cockpit. The galley is finished in hand crafted teak with a teak and holly sole. Aft Cabin: Located aft of the galley occupying the entire stern section of the boat is the Owner's suite with an aft cabin and private head. On centerline is a queen size double berth on a raised platform. To port and starboard of the berth are curved settees. Outboard of the settees along the hull side both port and starboard are hanging lockers and storage lockers. Ventilation is provided by 4 opening ports. The furniture and finish is hand crafted teak with a teak and holly sole. Aft Head: Located in the forward port quarter of the aft stateroom. The head has a WC, vanity, and shower. 'Ondine' is a superb Baltic 48DP, a Doug Peterson design that is the culmination of over 30 years of applying the Baltic Yachts' philosophy to "build the best possible sailing yacht combining safe, easy handling performance cruising with high performance racing". This resulting light to medium displacement design blends superior performance with comfortable cruising characteristics. Baltic's emphasis on leading edge technology combined with the finest world reknown Finnish craftsman has resulted in the 48DP as the standard bearer for a new generation of elegant performance ocean passage makers.
