This custom built yacht was built by Jack Ott. This is basically the hull, engines, and rigging for someone who wants to build a custom yacht. This would make a very nice charter boat. She has a very shallow draft, ideal for shallow water sailing and diving. The interior has been gutted, parts and pieces are available for the refit. She was hauled out in 2003 and given a bottom job along with new thru-hulls. Current ports and hatches are water tight. The layout of the ship is very practical and functional. The boat is designed to allow changes without affecting the structural integrity of the vessel. This wil be a very seaworthy yacht.This is a project boat. The Hull and rigging are sound. The boat is currently in the water, demasted, rigging is on-deck.
