SELLER DESCRIPTION

This nice 25 Catalina comes loaded with sails and a late model outboard motor. This is the swing keel model (2'8" draft with board up, 5' draft with board down). This model also has the "pop-top" at the companionway and a canvas/eisenglass cover for the Pop-top. The outboard is a 2000 Evinrude 10hp 2 stroke motor with electric start. Sail inventory is as follows (Head Sails: 135 offshore, 130 on the roller furling now and a 110), main sails (1 new full batten and the original sail), all rigging lines were replaced in 07/09. In the galley is an Alcohol stove, dinette and settee. There is a V-berth forward, manual flushing toilet and sink/counter space, and an aft cabin berth. She was hauled and painted in Spring of '09 and is ready to set sail.

Accomodations:
Sleeping accommodationd for 5 adults. @ in the V-berth, 2 in the aft berth and 1 on the settee. There is an enclosed head with manual flushing toilet with a holding tank and a bathroom sink forward in the salon.

Galley:
The galley is aft in the salon with an alcohol stove (excellent condition) counter space and a fresh water sink. An ice box is located in the galley area. The dinette is on the port side of the salon and is large enough for 4 adults.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
