1984 C&C YACHTS Mark III, This is an extremely well maintained racer / cruiser. The current owners have owned her for the last 15 years and used her as both a club racer and as a cruiser. She is not stripped out as many racers are, but has most amenities one finds on cruising yachts of this era. She carries a PHRF of 129 with the roller furler taken into consideration.
