SELLER DESCRIPTION

"Predictable" is located at our facililty in Noank, CT. and is a very well maintained and equipped racer/cruiser with the emphasis on performance sailing. She has a comfortable interior plan, roller furling and diesel power for the cruising family. This is a FRESH WATER BOAT UNTIL 2008. She has sailed on Salt water for only one season.

Accomodations:
The interior has been kept in beautiful condition by these caring owners and the hand-rubbed solid teak and teak bulkheads are in good condition as is the varnished teak and holly sole. Starting forward is the private cabin with double berth, storage lockers and shelves. The head is aft and to port with manual marine toilet, wash basin and ample storage lockers. There is a large hanging locker opposite the head. Main salon is next with 6 3 port and starboard settees, a large centerline drop leaf table and lots of storage in lockers and shelves. To port is the 6 4 quarter berth.

Galley:
The galley is to starboard with a huge, well-insulated ice box, S/S sink, manual water pump, 2-burner Princess alcohol stove and plenty of storage lockers.
