CT sailboat for sale in Portland Oregon. Serenity is a wonderful 49 CT sailing ketch, designed by Kaufman and Ladd. This CT Sailboat is manufactured by Ta Chaio Brothers who both have an excellent reputation for very well built and designed yachts. Serenity has been re-rigged, with stainless rigging and the mizzen independent of the main. She also comes with a strong 85 HP Perkins diesel, is a pleasure to sail. Combo washer and dryer onboard, walk in ensuite shower in the master stateroom makes a very nice liveaboard. Beautiful design and strong construction make this 49 CT a wonderful Yacht to own. Master Cabin with private entry, head and shower. Pressure hot and cold water throughout boat as well as system glycol heating via diesel heat or engine heat exchanger. Bendix washer and dryer combo. Companion way to navigation area and second ladder. Settee and large salon table both convert to bunks. King size forward V-berth and guest cabin with private head and shower. Ample storage and teak throughout. Torrid 6 ga water heater.

Galley:
