1982 Pan Oceanic 43 Pilot House

Accomodations:
Forward is a Vee berth with filler cushion and anchor locker access and an opening hatch, storage lockers, 2 drawers and 2 hanging lockers. The head with sink, cabinets, and shower are to port. The salon has a settee lounge to port; a drop leaf center table; and settee to starboard and an upper berth.The galley is to port with a pass through window. A head with shower is to starboard followed by the master stateroom with a double bed. Interior cushions are new.Up 4 steps to the pilot house. the helm is to port. A Navigation Station is port. A pilot berth is to starboard. Out a door to the aft cockpit helm. There is a stainless steel arch for antenna, etc. Access to the engine room is under the pilot house sole. Two manual heads with showers. Diesel stove cabin heater by Balmar. 16,000 BTU air conditioner.Philippine Nara wood teak plank interior trim and liner. Teak and holly sole.Headroom is 6' 2".

Galley:
Force 10 propane 3 burner stove with oven and broiler, Double stainless steel sink with H&C water and a 20 gallon water heater that is 120 volt and engine heat exchanger. Top loading refrigeration with Interthrem unit

Electonics and Navigational Gear:
Raytheon 202 VHF Marine radio. SGC SSB Marine radio with automatic antenna tuner. Not working. SR Mariner NAV5 Depth/wind/speed/log; powers up, don't know if it works. Interphase forward looking sonar Navico Powerpilot autopilot . Near New Fleming Wind Vane Steering. Ritchie Powerdamp 5" binnacle compass.

Electrical System:
12 volt system with five 12 volt Trojan Deep Cycle 130 amp group 27 batteries, age 02/2006; 5 for ship service and one for starting. Newer battery charger. Two Kyocera 70 watt solar panels with electronic controls. 120 volt 30 amp system with two shore power cables

Deck and Hull Equipment:
The center board is bronze and has a reconditioned hydraulic lift and lower system and new pendant. The hull antifouling coating was renewed in May 2008 and the yard reconditioned the sea cocks. The hull shape is a modified full keel with a cutaway forefoot and a keel hung rudder. Teak decks in poor condition. Ground tackle: 55# Max plow, 45# Danforth, 35# Danforth, 20# Danforth. all with chain and rode Simpson Lawrence vertical capstan with chain wildcat electric windlass with a dedicated battery. Hydraulic steering at each helm with selector valve. The pilot house window safety glass is cloudy from age and should be renewed. Bimini top; Off white custom vinyl. Newer wind vane steering system 2-hand held searchlights, Radar reflector, Stainless steel swim and boarding ladder, Teak cockpit table at helm, 8 bell. Maxxima Stereo AM/FM/Cassette Miscellaneous fenders, boat hook, net, mooring lines.

Sails and Rigging:
Stainless steel rigging recently inspected by Duay Marine rigging and sails.All sails can be handled from the cockpit. All sails on Famet roller furling systems. Like new 2001 Johnson (JSI) mainsail. Like new 2001 JSI jib, Like new 2001 JSI 100% staysail on club foot boom, spinnaker, All 3 original sails. Six Barient winches:  Two primary #28 self tailing. two secondary #23 self tailing. Main sheet #23 self tailing. Two halyards #18 Standard.
