This Gary Mull design has a large forward V-berth. With the insert in place it provides a comfortable sleeping space arrangement for two. The large hanging locker is starboard aft of the V-berth and opposite a roomy head with a hand held shower on the port side. The cabin sole throughout is covered with new indoor/outdoor carpt that is snapped down for easy cleaning and access to bilge. 1982 Newport Newport 30, This boat has a rebuilt 3 cylinder diesel engine, rebuilt transmission, new cushions in the cabin and some very interesting ceramic work in the galley and the head. The sails are in good shape, there is a good roller furler on the bow, she has wheel steering with the engine controls on the steering pedestal and the lines are led aft for easy single-handing. There is a new Kenmore refrigerator in the galley - and the older 12 V refrigeration system is still in place - but currently inaccessible. In short this is an extremely good deal that will not last very long - so call today.
