1982 American Mariner 30

Accomodations:
This is an extreamly roomy and comortable boat - capable of being lived on. There is a double V berth forward and a dinette that converts to a double, with a single settee berth and a quarter berth - capable of sleeping 6 people. Moving aft from the V berth, there is a hanging locker to starboard and the enclosed head with shower and sink to port. The head is new and the holding tank and hoses are also new. In the main salon the dinettee will seat four comfortably and there is a great deal of storage under and behind both the settee and the dinette. There is another large locker aft of the settee on starboard and the quarter berth is furthest aft on starboard. The galley is to port. The upholstry and cushions are all new and represent a $5000 investment.

Galley:
This galley is comparable to those on much larger boats. It features a double stainless steel set of sinks, a new electric two burner stove, a 110/12 V refrigerator, a GE microwave oven, hot and cold pressure water and there is a great deal of storage space above, below and behind in the galley.

Electonics and Navigational Gear:
In addition to the West Marine VHF, there is a full compliment of enertainment electronics including a 200 watt Stereo CD player, Memorex DVD-CD player, 13 inche flat screen Zeneth TV in the salon on a adjustable mount, and a 7 inch flat screen TV in the V berth.

Electrical System:
There is a new 40 amp main breaker system in the boat and a set of new batteries. The boat has a standard set of lighting including cabin lights, running lights and motoring light. The boat was rewired.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
There is a danforth anchor on the bow with chain and rode and a smaller danforth on the stern. The bottom was done at the end of 2007. The Richie compass is lighted. On the stern is a photo cell and a propane BBQ. On the bow is an inflatable dinghy with an electric motor.
