SELLER DESCRIPTION

New Bierig Genoa 2007, New Knot & Depth, Lewmar Winches, 110V Refrigeration, Big boat for the money

Accomodations:
Enter the salon with a varnished teak and Holley sole from the companionway stairs with removable ladder and cover providing engine access. The L-shaped galley is to starboard with large forward facing Nav station opposite. Aft of the Nav station is a large Quarter-berth. The main salon with 6'7" headroom has settee seats on both sides with a pilot berth above to port. A large double-leafed bulkhead mounted table exposes a teak dinnerware rack when in the open position. Excellent ventilation is provided by two large deck hatches with smoked Lexan, one in the Salon and one in the V-Berth, two deck-mounted Dorade vents in the salon, and three opening side ports in the salon and one in the head compartment. Forward of the salon to port the spacious head with shower and sink has a teak louvered door. Opposite is a hanging locker with a large bank of drawers All bulkheads and cabinetry are solid oiled teak. Forward is the large V-Berth with access to the chain locker in the forepeak.

Galley:
The L-shaped galley is to starboard, conveniently close to the companionway, with plenty of storage and counter space. The Galley features: Double SS Sinks w. Pressure H/C water, Large 110 Volt Refrigeration, Dishware storage rack behind bulkhead-mounted table

Electrical System:
The 115VAC and 12VDC electrical panels are located under the companionway and above the engine compartment, easily accessible and complete with battery condition Voltmeter. 115VAC 30A service is provided by a 50' shore-power cord and outlet mounted in the cockpit. Batteries are maintained by an automatic 20A battery charger.

Sails and Rigging:
Stanchions and all SS deck hardware are solid and appropriately sized. The standing rigging is in good condition and includes a spinnaker pole with deck mounts, and spinnaker gear. The roller furling system is a Furlex.
