Accomodations:
The forward cabin has a vee berth with hanging locker to starboard. The head with separate stall shower isnext aft to port. The main salon is quite spacious with a great deal of storage. There is a fold down table to port and a settee to starboard with new cushions in 2000. Next aft to port is the U shaped galley with double S/S sink and pressure hot and cold water. Deck and Hull Equipment:
The hull is hand laid, molded fiberglass using fiberglass mat, woven roving and polyester resin. All high stress areas are strenghtened with extra layers of mat and woven roving. Longitudinal stringers and transverse floors give the hull stiffness. Limber holes inthe stringers and floors allow drainage to bilge pump. An epoxy barrier coat has been applied to the bottom below the waterline. The deck ishand laid up molded fiberglass with end grain balsa core for stiffness and insulation. Dorades, sea hood and bosses for deck hardware and winches are olded into the deck for watertight integrity.Skeg and rudder are hand laid fiberglass to proven airfoil design. Rudder stock is solid 2" stainless steel with welded stiffening plates. Gudgeon is through bolted to the skeg. The skeg is reinforced with stiffening plate which is through bolted to the hull.The bulkheads are attached to the hull and deck with minimum 3" wide overlay of mat and woven roving. in visible areas, bulkheads are covered with teak veneer. The sole begins with 3/4" marine plwood sub-sole. The outer perimter is overlayed to the hull with mat and woven roving. 3/8" solid teak and white cedar is laid over subsole. Chain plates are stainless steel, grained and elctropolished, attached with stainless steel bolts to the bulkhead and knees, which are bonded to the hull and mat and woven roving overlays.The hull is completel insulated in living areas with closed cell polyurethane foam. All visible areas, including hanging lockers, are covered with ceiling strips. External ballast of cast lea with added antimony for hardness. Ballast is through bolted to the hull with eleven 1" diamter stainless steel bolts. Pedestal steering with 48" diamter wheel and radial type drive. An emergency tiller is provided.Waste is discharged directly to haolding tank for pumpout or maserator overboard. Rule 1500 gph automatic bilge pump is located n sump. Two Guzzler 500V manual bilge pumps are provided, one located in cockpit and the other under the cabin sole.Foam and suede vinyl covered detachable panels for access to wiring, deck hardware, fastenings, etc. Hatches are Goiot with tinted plastic. Two fixed ports; six opening ports; four Dorade boxes molded integrally with deck and fitted with 4" stainless steel cowls. Anodized toerail is through bolted every 4 1/4". coordinated stanchion bases, chocks and end fittings are used . 28" bow and stern pulpits are welded and polished stainless tubing. Intermediate rails are provided. 28" stainless steel stanchion support double life lines , which are PVC coated stainless steel wire. Lifeline fittings are stainless steel. Gates are porvided port and stbd. Composition TBS non-skid is applied to molded in high traffic areas of the deck.
