SELLER DESCRIPTION

This beautifully constructed and extremely efficient cold-molded yacht was created ahead of her time. Recognizing this, the former owner completed a two-year keel up renovation that has rendered the yacht as new. All systems were replaced or renewed including the engine, mechanical, electrical, electronics and interior. The boat at the 12-knot cruising speed burns about 1 gallon per nautical mile and has in excess of 500 miles range. The current owner has just returned from a successful 6 month, 3000 mile cruise and is a motivated seller due to his interest in a larger vessel. This boat is a superb and capable coastal cruising yacht from Nova Scotia to the Caribbean.

Accomodations:
Forward Master Stateroom V-Berth with numerous drawers, hanging closet and own head with shower; to starboard aft of that is the guest stateroom with upper and lower berth with numerous drawers, hanging closet and own head.
