1980 Union Polaris , An excellent offshore vessel designed by Robert Perry. The experienced owners have maintained this vessel in wonderful condition. If you are looking for a character boat this is a must see. Beautiful Bermese teak woodwork throughout the interior. Lots of work has been done to keep her first rate, including a recently overhauled main engine and new teak decks in 2004 and new interior fabrics. These vessels are built with a heavily hand laid-up fiberglass hull with a full keel and cut-away forefoot for stability and good tracking while maintaining good sailing characteristics. Accomodations:
Varnished high quality Bermese joinery throughout! Fully forward is the chain locker. Just aft is a large double V-Berth stateroom with drawers and locker storage. Next aft and to port is the head and shower, with a generous hanging locker opposite and to starboard. The salon features a pull-out settee/single berth to starboard and a U-shaped dinette to port that converts to sleep 2. The galley is aft and to port, the forward facing navigation station and quarterberth to starboard

The galley is aft and to port and features ample counter space and lots of storage. There is a double stainless steel sink with hot/cold pressure water and a salt water hand pump for rinsing. There is a 2 burner gimbaled alcohol stove with oven, Samsung microwave and large ice box.
