SELLER DESCRIPTION

1980 Catalina Tall Rig 30, 1980 Catalina 30 with the popular fin keel/tall rig configuration for better performance under sail and manuverability under power with her 11 H.P. Universal diesel. This vessel offers the best accomodations in the thirty foot class. On deck she offers many upgrades in rigging and electronics. Price recently reduced!!!

Accomodations:
Oiled teak interior with fiberglass cabin sole, blue and beige plaid cushions, 6'2" headroom. Starting forward we have a large double v-berth with hatch overhead, moving aft there is a bureau with drawers and hanging locker to stbd. across is the enclosed marine head with vanity sink. Her main salon features a large L-shaped dinette with bulkhead fold-up table that also converts into a large double berth, single settee to port, storage and shelves outboard along hull. J-shaped galley to port with stand-up outboard facing nav station to stbd., large double quarterberth aft.

Galley:
J-shaped galley with wood grain laminate countertop, double stainless steel sink with pressure cold water system, microwave oven, top loading icebox, drawers and storage along hull.

Electonics and Navigational Gear:
Binacle mount compass, Raymarine ST60 Tridata (k/d/l), ST4000 wheel autopilot, Icom VHF radio with new masthead antenna, Jensen marine stereo/CD system with iPod input and Sirius satellite radio.

Electrical System:
(2) 12 volt batteries, 110V shorepower with cord, Battery Charger, Mast rewired with new base quick-connects new masthead, steaming and deck lights. Both 110V and 12V systems completely updated with new panels, fuses and outlets.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
All exterior teak refinished, teak handrails, transom mount swim ladder, 3-cockpit lockers, Pedestal wheel steering with new bushings and cables, Anchor locker in bow with roller on bow sprit, Double lifelines with stanchions and pulpits.
