Accomodations:
Sleeping arrangements for five (5). Forward V berth is roomy and comfortable. Settee in main saloon pulls out to make a double berth. Single berth is aft to starboard.

Galley:
Galley is to port under companionway entrance and consists of (2) burner alcohol stove w/cutting board, SS sink, well insolated 12V Adler Barbour refrigerator, pressurized H/C water, salt water foot pump.

Electonics and Navigational Gear:
All electronics are new 2002 and includes Autohelm tri-data (wind speed, depth sounder, knot meter), Autohelm 4000 auto pilot (2002), AM/FM w/tape stereo and two (2) speakers, VHF radio ICOM M25, Loran Apelco, Hand held wind indicator w/compass, Barometer, temperature and humidity display.

Electrical System:
12V/110V system with panel and breakers, battery selector switch. There is also electric cabin heater. 110V electric outlets, shore power cable. 12V fan Carlyn. Extra 12V socket by electrical panel 12V spotlight. 12V lighting in cabins

Sails and Rigging:
Double life lines (no stretch HD braid) 2 years old w/ SS stanchions and SS bow and stern rails. Deck stepped with compression post mast, sloop rigged, cockpit foam cushions, spinnaker and whisker poles, spreader lights, masthead tri-color light. Sails includes; Main w/3 reef points by North, #1 heavy genoa by UK, #2 genoa by UK, Spinnaker by UK, Storm headsail by Hood. Internal jiffy reefing on main boom, (2) headsail halyards, (1) spinnaker halyard, (1) main halyard, Winches includes; (2) speed primary and secondary, (2) halyards winches.

Additional Equipment:
Additional: Two (2) flare guns canisters, boat hook, (2) fire extinguishers, (1) manual (Gusher) and (1) electric auto bilge pumps, ship bell, Martec folding prop, dripless stuffing box, Edson steering wheel w/guard, Engine room light, engine hour meter (approx. 500 H). Anchors includes; (1) Danforth #22, (1) Plow, (1) Danforth #18 with chain and rode. A new (December 2006) fuel tank.
