Second owner boat, always kept in fresh water.The Paceship 23' has a hand laid-up fiberglass hull engineered for strength and durability. It is a very solid cruising boat that performs well in both light and heavy winds and does well in community racing events (PHRF-LE rating is 231). The fixed keel with 945 lbs. of ballast gives this boat stability and great sailing performance. With a draft of 3'9" there is no need to worry about getting in and out of harbors. It has a large 223 square feet of sail area.The cabin layout provides two side berths and a V-berth for 2 that is private, with a sliding teak partition door - not featured on most 23' boats.Pictures will be posted soon...

Accomodations:
Large, self draining cockpit, more than adequate for four to stretch out in ease. The main cabin has a full 5' of headroom, allowing comfortable seating on the port and starboard berths. Two additional can sleep in the V-berth, which may be closed off for privacy by a sliding teak door. There is a fold away table that doubles as a dinette or chart table which when not in use, tucks away against the bulkhead to allow additional room in the main cabin.

Galley:
The galley includes a stainless steel sink with faucet, located aft under the main companionway for maximum ventilation and full standing headroom.
