SELLER DESCRIPTION

Owner says;"This boat has been 90% restored. The teak and holly sole has been replaced and the interior teak has been sanded and re oiled. The companionway hatch and slot boards have been replaced in teak. Additionally the cockpit locker covers and stowage compartment trim have been replaced in teak as well.The sails and rigging are in good shape and need no work or replacement. The boat is equipped with a mainsail and 2 foresails. Standing rigging is stainless steel wire rope and does not show any signs of distress. Running rigging is braded nylon and is serviceable. In 2007 / 2008 the bottom was stripped of all paint and the fiberglass was resealed with 4 coats of sealer prior to re-painting. Currently the boat should be scraped and painted for best performance. The salon includes a full galley consisting of a 2 burner alcohol stove, stainless sink with manual foot pump, well insulated ice box and storage lockers. The salon consists of two bunks which are also used with a fold down table that seats 4. Two vee bunks bring the bedding to 4 persons. A stand up head is provided with a hand pump toilet and sanitary holding tank.Basically, the interior wood work has been completed. The exterior hullneeds to be compounded and waxed. The engine is a Yanmar 2GM; 13 HP @ 3400RPM. It is in great shape but could use an oil/filter change. The bottomneeds to be scraped and painted since it has been over two years since thatwas done. A Starboard porthole tends to leak in some rains and I need tofigure out what is wrong there so that it can be fixed.
