1979 CHEOY LEE OFFSHORE, This is a Classic Blue Water Cruising Yacht Built to Lloyds Standards. She was Built in Hong Kong and Designed by one of the Worlds Best Known Naval Architects, Ray Richards. She is Ketch Rigged with a Full Keel and Very Classic Lines. The Hull is Sound and has had the Teak Decks Refastened in 2005. The 50Hp Perkins was NEW in 1990 and has less than 250 hours since Rebuild along with New Sails in 2000 that have been used Only 4 Times. She has been in FRESH WATER all but 9 months of her life.
