1978 Solaris Yachts 12 meter, Very large accomodation area. Plenty of headroom throughout. About 6 foot 4 up. With a large sociable saloon you would expect of a big Catamaran. Storage everywhere Outside is in great condition. New systems include radar, Yanmar diesel engines, 2500 inverter, solar system, batterys, and many more. Intereor is in partly remodeled state. New systems thought out. Just needs the cosmetics finished. This boat Still needs alot of finishing up. But Is in a sailable and livable condition right now. Accomodations:
6 berths with 3 doubles. Front berth was enlarged. Saloon sleeps 2 also. There is one head. There is a large bathtub and shower

Mechanical Equipment:
2 yanmar diesels with v drives freshwater cooled, These where replaced many yeas ago but ran very little. Both runn fine and are in great condition. 3 Blade Bronze fixed pitch. Hours on engines 63 and 166.

Galley:
Galley is located down in the starboard pontoon. Propane Stove with oven. Large fridge and freezer. Sink with cover

Electrical System:
New Furuno Radar. Depth locator, auto pilot, compass, vhf radio. and gps Located in the helm. There are 3 battery banks. One bank fo 4 6 volt batterys for the house. and 2 bands of 1 12volt for the engine rooms. The inverter is a Heart freedom 2500. It has charge lines for all 3 battery banks. The battery isolator is a Newmar 120 amp unit. It charges all 3 banks of either engine. There is a 12v mp3 stereo the has speakers in the helm and on the radar tower. Solar charge contoler and 212 amp of panels.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
Sails consis of a new good looking spiniker. For mains there is the original that is in poor condition but save for a pattern. A newer sail that is in fair condition. A brand new main that reqires a longer boom. The boom for this sail has been stolen so another one will be needed before it can be used. There are also 2 jibs in ok condition and a storm jib. The anchor is a 45 # Bruce with 100 foot of 3/8s chain. A windless have been mounted but is not wired yet.
