This reproduction of a 19th century gaff-rigged packet schooner is a beautiful crowd-pleaser. Includes charter gear such as 2 authentic cannons. Length on deck is 65 feet. Ample accommodations below deck, including a small wet bar. The boat was recently hauled, the bottom repainted. Deck and Hull Equipment:
Topside planking is 1 inch mahogany over 3/8 inch ply on white oak frames. Keel is laminated fir sided 7 x 10 with an approximate depth of 5 aft. Floors are white oak. Deck are 1 marine ply laminated with 2x10 oz E-glass cloth. Deck beams are 3 x6 yellow pine on 24 centers with approximately 5 of camber.USCG inspectors often remove fastenings for certification and have not recommended any replacement to date. The boat was recently hauled and bottom painted.
