1978 Hunter 27 ft,Nicest 1978 Hunter sailboat on the market. This is a turnkey sailboat, with new sails, custom awnings and rigging. The interior was completely refitted in February to resemble a modern hunter. The fresh interior includes, windows, new water lines, lights , electrical sockets, wall coverings, counter tops, mirrors, faucets, refinished teak, etc..The boat was also set up for pressurized water. The boat is in overall great condition. Engine runs like a dream, sails and rigging are all ready to go. The boat has been a great liveaboard for me and is currently kept at a liveaboard marina about 3 miles from the ocean. I pay $550 a month and everything is included. This slip is transferable.
