SELLER DESCRIPTION

This keel centerboard vessel is built for performance, safety, and ability. Her broad clean decks, ample cockpit, accommodations for a crew of eight, including an owner's stateroom forward, full navigator's station and completely equipped galley make her not only easy to handle but comfortable and practical to live aboard for extended passages.She also features a new mast and A/C system and offers certain tax advantages for the new owner(s).

Accomodations:
Sleeps Eight (8). She features a forward cabin with V-berths and a filler, 2 pilot berths, 2 settee berths and 2 quarter berths. All recently recovered with light green ultra-suede. Her enclosed head/shower are forward, salon has center line table w/leaves and galley and navigation area are aft to port and starboard. Her interior is varnished mahogany with teak and holly sole.
