a survey done for insurance purposes probably 5 years ago. It is attached. I have owned the boat for about 10 - 12 years. Twin 130 HP Perkins. They have about 3600 hours each on them. It has a newest generator with about 1800 hours, I think. I believe it is a 12 kw. The air conditioners were replaced in the last few years. Upper blows at 62 degrees, lower at 57 degrees. The bottom was just professionally repainted and redone a month ago. ($5,000 worth -- so the hull is epoxied and blister free). It is a typical 44 Gulfstar, nice trawler.plenty of space. Cruises at about 8kts at 1800 rpms. 500 gals of fuel; 150 gals of water. Burns at or less than 4 gallons per hour, so it is a real fuel saver. 1000+ mile range. very economicle...... Dinghy is only a few years old has a 9.9 hp 4 stroke Yanmar on it.
