Accomodations:
Starting aft you have a private stateroom with a seperate head. Forward of the stateroom you have to Port the galley with Fridge, Freezer, Double SS Sinks with H&C pressure water and lots of storage. To Starboard you have a large navigation station with all of your electronics. Forward you step down into the main salon which has a settee on the starboard and the dining table to Port with lots of storage in cabinets and under the settees. Forward of the main salon you have to starboard a sea berth and the head to Port. The head has a stand up shower with jaccuzzi. Then forward you have the Pullman berth with extra storage. Lots of light keeps the boat looking fresh and bright.

Mechanical Equipment:
Mercedes 72 HP Diesel with Freshwater cooling, new Generator just installed, 3 Bladed Maxi prop with a spare. Fuel Consumption 2.1 GPH.

Galley:
Double SS sink with Hot & Cold pressure water, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave and lots of storage. Beautiful teak cabinets throughout the Galley.

Electonics and Navigational Gear:
VHF, SSB Icom, Brooks & Gatehouse Depth, Speed & Distance log. Signet windspeed & wind direction, Robertson Auto Pilot, JRC Radar & Compass. GPS Color Plotter, Watermaker, Weather Fax, Inverter Charger, Newmar 3 Bank Battery Charger, 2- 75 Watt Solar Panels with Regulator, 2- TV's and 2- VCR's.

Electrical System:
110 Volt Shore Power and 12 Volt DC with Heavy Duty Marine Batteries. Outlets throughout the boat along with a Heart Inverter. Two 75 Watt Solar panels keep the system charged while Cruising.

Deck and Hull Equipment:
This Ferro Cement Boat was Custom built for the previous owner as a one piece hull and deck. It has heavy reinforcement steel in the layup that makes for a very strong bond. The hull and deck was then expoxied and then fiberglass applied to certain areas. This boat looks like as nice as any fiberglass one. All the through hulls have been faired to the hull so you have no through hulls expoxed to the water. It makes for one of the best bonding systems on a boat.

Sails and Rigging:
Aluminum Masts with Sterling paint, 6 external haylards, 11-2 speed winches, 6 winch handles, spinnaker gear, Boom Vang, Topping Lift, and extensive rigging throughout. Mainsail with standard reefing, Lazy Jacks, 2 Genoas, 2 Jibs, 3 Chutes aand 1 Mizzen. All rigging in great shape as are the sails.
