HUGE PRICE REDUCTION! Must sell fast and priced for quick sale - William Garden 42' Pilothouse Ketch sailboat for sale in Oregon. This William Garden design sailboat was built by C.C. Cen Boats in Taipei and this is an example of the Taiwanese craftsmanship in building wooden sailing vessles. Previous owner added the aft cabin after the original build and this owner modification provides a large aft stateroom and pilothouse area. Some modifications by the past owner may not be to ABYC standards and vessel may need some work to be insurable by some companies and we suggest a professional survey to assess as no current survey is available. Accomodations:
Forward Double V with overhead hatch, standing locker and head with nice stall shower. Next is the salon with settees laundry, sink and pilot berth on opposite sides and up to the L shaped dinette opposite the galley and NAV station and then through the main salon is the master cabin aft with head and large and roomy area.

Galley:
Stainless sink, Kenyon LPG 3 burner gimballed stove and Norcold 12V120AC fridge. Barbeque for exterior.
