Accomodations:
The cabin layout features a large storage/wet locker forward ofthe owner's double berth stateroom (starboard)and large head/shower (port). Salon with settees sleep 2. Dinette converts to sleep 2. Lots of storage make her comfortable as a live-aboard or for extended cruising.
Mechanical Equipment:
Her heavily built fiberglass hull and deck provide a confident sail. She has deep clean bildges with an automatic bildge pump. There is also a manual backup on board. Wheel steering which may be locked when desired. Stainless railings provide additional safety not normally found on boats of this type.
Galley:
3 burner stove and oven are provided by 2 propane tanks located under the helms chair. An Alder Barbour Cold Machine (cycles but needs a charge) resides in the large icebox. This icebox also has thru deck convienant access when underway. A Magna gas BBQ is mounted on the stern rail.
Electonics and Navigational Gear:
Knotmeter, Depth Sounder, Compass, VHF, RDF, Hand held GPS, local charts.
Electrical System:
2 large 12vdc Batteries charged by AC trickle charger. Controlled via selector switch.
Deck and Hull Equipment:
Manual Windlass provides lifting capability for the 45 lb CQR with 300 feet of rode and chain. An addition 16 lb danforth with rode and chain can be use as a lunch anchor or stern hook. All below-water thru-hulls were replaced during last haulout (3 years ago). 4 winches are positioned to help control sails. Sail inventory: Main, Mizzen (extra spare mizzen), 90 & 130 percent jibs, (3) light air drifters.
Additional Equipment:
10' Caribe HB inflatable with Yamaha 4 stroke (low hours). This dingy really scoots and is capable of towing a surfer, or transporting diver's and equipment with fun and reliability.
